It all began in 2009 with power-couple Dr. Simone Xavier and Rene Xavier Filho, a molecular bacteriologist and civil engineer, respectively. They launched Sigma with just one brush set that instantly captured a cult-following and sold out.
Since then, an impassioned, over 90% female team has joined together and we haven’t stopped developing new ways to transform your beauty routine. We are listeners and problem solvers working to empower all beauty users’ lives, it’s what sets our brand apart.
We are the sum of our passions symbolized by Σ, the capital Greek letter for a mathematical sum called "Sigma."
