1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Fashion Nova, LLC ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Fashion Nova and not to Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

By participating, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, in addition to Fashion Nova’s Privacy Policy, available https://www.fashionnova.com/pages/privacy-policy and General Terms of Service, available https://www.fashionnova.com/pages/terms-of-service.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period. Both methods are eligible for the prize drawing and have an equal chance of winning.

• Instagram Entry: Follow @NovaSWIM on Instagram, post a video on your feed wearing swimwear and tag @NovaSWIM, and tag a friend in the comments of the designated Sweepstakes post. Entrant’s Instagram profile must be set to public so that Sponsor can verify the entry. Each separate comment tagging a friend on the designated Sweepstakes post constitutes one (1) entry.. There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit; however, duplicate or substantially similar entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
• Alternative Method of Entry: Send an email to sweepstakes@fashionnova.com with the subject line “National Bikini Day 2026 Sweepstakes Entry" and include your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address in the body of the email. Each such email constitutes one (1) entry and has the same chance of winning as an Instagram Entry. There is no limit to the number of email entries you may submit; however, duplicate or substantially similar entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion. All email entries must be received by Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.

5. PRIZE

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) LA Vacation Tote (ARV $39.99) packed with ten (10) bikinis selected by the winner from the Fashion Nova Swim Collection (maximum retail value of 10 bikinis per prize: up to $1,410.90, based on highest retail prices).

Maximum Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $1,450.89 ($39.99 tote + up to $1,410.90 in bikinis based on winner selections). Total maximum ARV of all prizes: $7,254.45. Actual prize value will vary based on winner’s selections from the Swim Collection.

Winners will submit size and style selections after notification. All selections are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or any component thereof for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through either the Instagram Entry method or the Alternative Method of Entry during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of being selected. . The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its authorized agent on Monday, July 13, 2026, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstake. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If an entry selected from the Instagram Entry method is drawn, Sponsor will verify that the entrant completed all Instagram entry requirements (following @NovaSWIM, posting a qualifying video, tagging @NovaSWIM, and tagging a friend in the designated post’s comments) before confirming the winner; if the entrant cannot be verified, an alternate winner will be selected.

Each winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or, for winners who entered via the Alternative Method of Entry, via email at the address provided in their entry, within twenty-four (24) hours of selection. Each winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.

To claim the prize, each winner must:

(1) Reply to the Instagram direct message with the email address associated with their Fashion Nova account (or provide an email address for prize coordination) and confirm their size and style selections from the Fashion Nova Swim Collection; and

(2) Email sweepstakes@fashionnova.com with their full name, Instagram handle (if applicable), complete mailing address, and a photo of their state-issued ID or driver's license to confirm their identity. Sponsor will use submitted identification solely for winner verification purposes and will permanently delete all copies within thirty (30) days of prize fulfillment.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be delivered via physical shipment within seven (7) days of winner confirmation and size selection.

All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being awarded as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Each winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to prize shipment. Failure to provide required tax documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding;
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, and copyright or trademark infringement; and
• Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.fashionnova.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

12. WINNER LIST

For the names of the winners, send an email with the subject line “National Bikini Day 2026 Sweepstakes Winners" to sweepstakes@fashionnova.com after July 21, 2026, and before September 21, 2026.
